Socially responsible agriculture recognizes the interdependence between communities, public health, and the environment and provides many benefits to both consumers and producers. Consumers purchase food that supports sound environmental practices, strengthens the economy, and promotes good health in both humans and animals. Farmers and ranchers benefit through increased profit potential, and in the pride they can take through responsible land stewardship and by improving the quality of life for families around the world.
