About SRA Project

Factory farms impair human health, damage the environment, and degrade the communities in which they are constructed. In combination with corporate agriculture, they have also destroyed most of the processing and marketing opportunities that were once available to conventional farmers and ranchers. The Socially Responsible Agricultural Project educates the public about the problems caused by factory farms, works to help communities protect themselves from the devastating impacts of these facilities while, at the same time, providing help and guidance for those who are trying to reclaim agriculture by producing and marketing sustainable agricultural goods.

If you need help protecting your community from a factory farm, we can provide free, professional assistance. Similarly, if you are trying to establish a sustainable agricultural operation, we can provide species-specific advice and assistance from farmers and ranchers who are making or have already made a similar transition.
